ELS Celebrates 40 Years!
Celebrating 40 Years
of Excellence

The year 2020 marks 40 years of service for the Epsilon Lambda Sigma Chapter (ELS) of Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. ELS was chartered on November 1, 1980 by five resolute women: Zakiya El-Amin (Mc Kinney), Venita Brown, E. Kathleen Cooke, Debry Dale and Marcia Futel. For the past forty years, ELS has served Greater Cincinnati, implementing programs such as March for Babies in partnership with March of Dimes, Project CRADLE Care, Operation Big Book Bag, Swim 1922 and Youth Symposium as well as several local programs such as: Annual Thanksgiving Community Service Projects and Toy Drive.
Thank you so much for all who joined us for the 40 years of Excellence anniversary celebration of Epsilon Lambda Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. We are honored to have served 40 years of service in the Cincinnati and surrounding communities and look forward to serving for many years to come.
